DELIVERY

Where can I track my order?

To track your order Go to My account- Track my order.

Where do you deliver to?

Currently, we deliver PAN India. You can check the delivery option by entering your city code.

When can I expect my delivery?

Usually it takes 5-7 days for us to deliver your orders. If your order has not reached you post the delivery window, you may contact our customer care at info@saftgardmasks.com.

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

Yes, it is possible to change your contact details only if the order hasn’t been shipped. To do the same, contact us at info@saftgardmasks.com.

What to do if the package that I have received is damaged?

We usually run a quality check in advance but in case you have faced any issue, we would love to solve it for you. The first step is to contact the customer care and inform them about the same. They will guide you ahead.

ORDERS

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change the order items if they haven’t been shipped by us. You will need to email us at info@saftgardmasks.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to change and our customer care team will assist you.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely, we ensure a safe shopping experience. All the contact and shipping details that you share with us are confidential and extremely safe.

What if I ordered something and some other product arrived?

This normally doesn’t happen because we run a quality check before sending anything to you. If it has happened to you we will replace the items and send you what you had ordered. You just have to request a replacement or return.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

To return an item, first mail us at info@saftgardmasks.com, and share the details of your order. We will arrange a return for you. Our delivery agent will collect the order from your doorsteps and once we run a quality check on the received product, we will initiate the refund on the mode of payment selected by you.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if it falls under the category of exchangeable items, you can exchange it. You will need to email us at info@saftgardmasks.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange and our customer care team will assist you.

Please note you can only exchange the items with the same item in a different size. We do not allow exchanges with a different product.

What is your return policy?

We have a 10 day return policy. Once the order is delivered to you, it is eligible for return for 10 days only.

Do I have the right to cancel?

Yes, you may cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped or dispatched.

How long after a delivery can I make a return/exchange?

The period for return or exchange is 10 working days.

When will the order be picked for return?

We usually send someone to pick your order within 3-4 days from the day we accept your request for return.

MY ACCOUNT

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click Forgot your Password option- enter your registered email address and click on Send OTP. The OTP will be sent as SMS and Email. Enter the OTP and create a new password (minimum 6 characters and at least 1 number). Your new password will then be used to log-in.

How do I change the details of my account?

To change the settings of your account, go to account settings and choose whatever you want to change.

Why can't I sign into my account?

If you are unable to sign into your account simply reset the password to try to login with OTP. If you are using the registered email address, try resetting the password. Click on Forgot your Password option- enter your registered email address and click on Send OTP. The OTP will be sent as SMS and Email.

Enter the OTP and create a new password (minimum 6 characters and at least 1 number).

Congratulations, you will be successfully logged in and your password will be changed.

REFUND

What is the status of my refund?

It usually takes 7-10 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. However, you may always check with our team and they will be happy to help you.
